This isn’t just about a living space for young families. It is also about living space for singles and senior citizens, that is to say, every form of living space – preferably one that is flexible.

We’re using our housing experience of over thirty years to identify new inner-city locations for apartment construction. Our goal is to procure the building approval or reassignment, hand-in-hand with the authorities, so that the areas can be recompacted and newly developed.

Our focus is the identification and creation of new inner-city living space, whereby the associated infrastructure, such as local needs or even kindergartens, are always part of the consideration and development.
